The Office of the Macomb County Public Works Commissioner contracted with SDA to inspect the Sharkey Drain crossing under the I-696 freeway in Macomb County, prepare bidding documents for the cleaning of the drain, and perform the construction engineering and post-cleaning inspection of the drain.
